What you will do

• Lead and develop team competencies, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to reduce scrap and rework.
• Oversee Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new programs and parts.
• Manage the resolution of non-conformance reports and ensure accurate submission of quality records.
• Develop and implement process controls to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with customers and third-party observers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical engine knowledge.
• 3+ years of quality or process experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, weld symbology, and GD&T.
• Skill in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Proof of U.S. citizenship and certification of no dual citizenship required
