What you will do

  • Implement a robust sales system incorporating standard work, data analytics, and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Navy accounts, industrial clients, and a sales representative network.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10 years of business background in sales, marketing, or product management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Management or Regional Sales Management.
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
