What you will do

• Lead the design and optimization of complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models within Microsoft Azure.
• Act as a technical lead for data visualization, modeling, and performance optimization best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Drive data governance, security (RBAC), and compliance across all BI implementations.
• Develop complex business logic and analytical capabilities using DAX and Power Query (M).
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level Power BI developers to ensure technical excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level Power BI development and data visualization.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure BI stack (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake, Data Factory).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power Query (M).
• Proven experience leading BI projects and driving architectural decisions.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based in Slovakia (due to taxation regulations).
