What you will do

• Define and drive a compelling interior design vision and strategy across brands and key programs.
• Lead end-to-end design delivery from concept through production, ensuring excellence in physical and digital integration.
• Orchestrate large-scale, high-impact programs requiring deep cross-functional and global alignment.
• Manage operating plans, resource strategy, and program governance to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
• Represent the China design studio as a credible leader, advocating for solutions that balance regional relevance with global consistency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing interior design team, fostering an inclusive and high-accountability culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, transportation, or automotive design.
• 10+ years of professional automotive interior design experience, including leading programs from concept to production.
• Proven experience in people leadership, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong capability in managing complex, cross-functional design programs with global stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to lead with clarity and urgency in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
