What you will do

• Drive the strategic vision for software design within a multidisciplinary team.
• Design information architecture and complex user flows for desktop and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the entire production cycle.
• Present design solutions to senior leadership and advocate for user-centered goals.
• Ensure all digital products meet accessibility standards and usability best practices.

Requirements

• Strong background in interaction design and systems thinking for consumer-facing products.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead design initiatives in a self-directed culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines including WCAG.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design and visual hierarchy.
• Deep understanding of the China/AP consumer market dynamics.
• Track record of mentoring or coordinating other designers.
