What you will do

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate business needs into clear AI use cases and small-scale experiments.
• Design and test practical solutions such as dashboards, copilots, prompt frameworks, and knowledge tools.
• Validate solutions with end-users and gather feedback on impact and usability.
• Share learnings internally and within the DDA AI Internship Program community.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an HBO or WO program (AI, Data, Business, Innovation, HR, Communication, or related).
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate problems into practical solutions.
• Hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to experiment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Groningen, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or data analytics.
• Experience with technology, innovation, or process improvement projects.
• Interest in internal innovation or organizational development.
