AI Intern (Copilot)

TL;DR

AI Intern (Copilot): Supporting the operationalization of AI strategy through Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and agent development with an accent on low-code integration and business process automation. Focus on building tailored AI agents, facilitating user enablement, and prototyping AI-driven workflows across engineering and supply chain domains.

Location: Hybrid role, must be able to work from the Kinderdijk office in the Netherlands

Salary: €652 per month (based on full-time)

What you will do

• Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization.
• Develop training materials and facilitate workshops, demos, and Q&A sessions.
• Design, build, and test Copilot Studio agents tailored to specific business scenarios.
• Collect user feedback and track adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and responsible AI standards.
• Prototype new AI-driven workflows in collaboration with engineering and service teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s (HBO) or master’s degree in Business IT, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Genuine affinity with generative AI and Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Self-critical approach to output and AI-generated content.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code tooling (Power Platform).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Basic programming skills in Python or JavaScript.
