What you will do
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility.
- Create original multimedia content, including copy and graphics, tailored to specific audience segments.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct A/B testing on content and prepare regular strategic reports for leadership.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury hotel environment, is required.
- Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific algorithms.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with graphic design software or basic design capabilities.
- Video editing and multimedia content production experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer relationship management principles.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation.
