What you will do

• Manage global mobile marketing campaigns across major ad networks including Google, Facebook, IronSource, and Unity.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on data insights to drive growth.
• Analyze creative performance and collaborate closely with Marketing Artists to improve assets.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to identify new growth opportunities across channels and geographies.
• Partner with the Product team to enhance the new player experience.
• Optimize app store performance and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor degree.
• Proven experience with mobile advertising channels and campaign management.
• Expertise in marketing measurement tools such as Appsflyer or Adjust.
• Proficiency in data tools including Firebase, BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across multiple functions.
