Growth Intern (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Growth Intern (Product Marketing): Supporting user acquisition and ad monetization for hybrid-casual mobile games with an accent on marketing campaign optimization and data-driven insights. Focus on executing UA strategies across major ad platforms, tracking key performance metrics, and performing A/B testing to grow the player base.

Location: Hybrid (Izmir, Turkey). Must be a student with a mandatory internship requirement

What you will do

• Craft and execute user acquisition strategies to welcome new players to mobile games.
• Set up and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, Mintegral, and AppLovin.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CPI, LTV, and ROAS.
• Perform creative A/B testing and experimentation to optimize audience connection.
• Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure alignment of shared game goals.
• Assist with App Store Optimization (ASO) and SEO to improve organic discoverability.

Requirements

• Currently studying for or holding a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Mandatory internship requirement from your educational institution.
• Strong interest in mobile gaming and user acquisition.
• Comfort working with numbers and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Basic familiarity with ad platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok) and MMPs like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Previous experience with A/B testing and optimization tools.
• Understanding of user segmentation or retargeting strategies.
• Basic knowledge of organic growth strategies and ASO.
