SUS OT Specialist – Network Segmentation & Global Device Support (OT Security)

What you will do

• Implement and support network segmentation across global manufacturing, FAB, and OT environments.
• Work with business representatives to intake, classify, and migrate business-managed devices and OT systems into segmented networks.
• Support identity and access management processes and secure software deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and hyper care during rollouts and transitions.
• Maintain and improve support processes for OT assets, including backup, malware protection, and remote access.
• Support OT security initiatives from planning through completion and align them with NIS2, CRA, and internal security standards.

Requirements

• Strong background in IT infrastructure, network security, or endpoint management.
• Experience with OT systems and OT security concepts, including segmentation firewalls and malware detection and protection.
• Familiarity with enterprise IAM tools and secure software deployment practices.
• Ability to work across international teams and factory sites.
• Proactive approach to protecting intellectual property and ensuring business continuity.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations is required before starting work.
