What you will do

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across energy and critical infrastructure environments.
• Conduct site surveys to identify assets, architectures, and security vulnerabilities.
• Develop pragmatic improvement roadmaps balancing security, safety, and operational continuity.
• Support clients with OT security governance, policy, standards, and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, audits, and remediation planning.
• Mentor other OT consultants and engineers within the IACS community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Extensive experience in OT/ICS cyber security within industrial environments.
• Proven expertise in network architecture, endpoint protection, or security governance.
• Experience delivering professional assessments, reports, and improvement plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• GICSP certification.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NESA, or OG86 frameworks.
• Additional certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CEH, or GCFE.
