TL;DR

Location: Helsinki preferred, remote considered for exceptional candidates within Europe.

What you will do

  • Own product design for the patent suite, covering search, analytics, and protection tools.
  • Design complex, data-dense interfaces that prioritize precision and clarity for expert users.
  • Conduct end-to-end user research, including planning studies and translating insights into design.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to iterate and ship features rapidly.
  • Evolve the design system to support agentic product development and principle-aligned code.
  • Design innovative AI-native features while maintaining a high standard for explainability and trust.

Requirements

  • Strong product design craft and expertise.
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/SaaS work, particularly with data-heavy interfaces.
  • Proven experience conducting user research and advocating for user needs.
  • Deep understanding of AI products and ability to design trustworthy, explainable interfaces.
  • Proactive communication skills to explain complex concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
