What you will do

• Conceptualize, implement, and test monetization measures and in-game offers.
• Optimize player journeys via multiple channels including in-game pop-ups, emails, and push notifications.
• Analyze player needs and behavior using data-driven insights to enhance the gaming experience.
• Define and monitor A/B tests to verify ideas and draw actionable conclusions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders including product managers, game designers, developers, and artists.
• Explore new monetization approaches and the potential of AI for campaign setups.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in CRM, product, or monetization within the gaming industry.
• Degree in Economics, Business, Game Design, or a similar field involving statistics.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and deep understanding of KPIs.
• Strong affinity for mobile free-to-play strategy games and familiarity with standard monetization practices.
• Proficiency in English for confident communication with stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Hamburg, Germany.
