What you will do
- Conceptualize, implement, and test monetization measures and in-game offers.
- Optimize player journeys via multiple channels including in-game pop-ups, emails, and push notifications.
- Analyze player needs and behavior using data-driven insights to enhance the gaming experience.
- Define and monitor A/B tests to verify ideas and draw actionable conclusions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary stakeholders including product managers, game designers, developers, and artists.
- Explore new monetization approaches and the potential of AI for campaign setups.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in CRM, product, or monetization within the gaming industry.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Game Design, or a similar field involving statistics.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and deep understanding of KPIs.
- Strong affinity for mobile free-to-play strategy games and familiarity with standard monetization practices.
- Proficiency in English for confident communication with stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Hamburg, Germany.
