What you will do

• Translate product strategy into an outcome-driven roadmap and align stakeholders on priorities.
• Define feature requirements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes for efficient execution.
• Approve concepts from Design, Live Ops, and CRM to ensure alignment with business targets.
• Analyze retention, revenue, and player behavior patterns to inform product decisions.
• Identify opportunities and risks across the full product funnel from acquisition to engagement.
• Provide disciplinary leadership and development-focused feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany
• Proven track record in senior product management for live F2P games.
• Strong understanding of F2P monetization, game economies, and feature impact evaluation.
• Experience utilizing Live Ops and CRM as core product levers.
• Ability to drive confident decisions and create stakeholder alignment.
• Experience leading or developing a product team.
