What you will do

  • Act as the primary communication link between hirify.global and the Japan Reseller to ensure smooth operations.
  • Translate and summarize operational communications between Japanese and English.
  • Create and maintain quotes and track subscription renewals for the Japan channel.
  • Manage and clean data within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Generate regular reports and update dashboards using Power BI based on existing templates.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Japanese (written and spoken).
  • Good English proficiency for working within an international team.
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business or International Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Organized and reliable mindset with a genuine interest in B2B sales operations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Basic experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or reseller/channel business models.
