What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical interns and new graduates from source to close.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support for interns throughout the summer program.
• Partner with leadership to facilitate team matching and candidate allocation.
• Maintain high data integrity and excellent candidate experience while managing high-volume pipelines.
• Coordinate and attend university recruiting events across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and closing technical candidates.
• Experience in program and event management.
• Focus on efficient recruiting processes that support a diverse candidate pool.
• Availability to be in-person for events in the EMEA region.
• Must be based in London, UK.
