What you will do

• Design and implement control systems (PID, adaptive, model-based) for target tracking and stabilization platforms.
• Develop real-time control algorithms for electro-optical systems to ensure high precision.
• Create mathematical models and simulations in MATLAB/Simulink to predict performance.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate sensors like IMUs and gyroscopes.
• Conduct system tuning, validation, and optimization for stability and accuracy.
• Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and delegation to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Control Systems Engineering (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control systems engineering, specifically with gimbal stabilization.
• Strong expertise in control theory (state-space, adaptive control) and model-based approaches.
• Hands-on experience implementing algorithms in embedded systems, PLCs, or DSPs.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation.
• Experience with sensors (gyroscopes, accelerometers) and actuators for tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C and C++ for embedded system development.
