What you will do

• Manage and oversee all construction activities ensuring full compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
• Lead site supervision teams and monitor contractor performance and resource deployment.
• Coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, utility providers, and authorities to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate construction risks and resolve site-specific issues to support timely decision making.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and support the testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the management of design and/or construction of major infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record as a Construction Manager on at least one project of similar size and complexity.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction and site supervision teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, quality assurance, and HSE requirements.
• Must be able to work on-site in the UAE.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East.
