What you will do

• Manage overall project interior design interventions aligned with the overall project execution sequence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Interior Design from project kickoff to final layering, art, and staging.
• Influence owners to appoint ID and key consultants aligned with the brand-approved list.
• Coordinate day-to-day design delivery and ensure alignment with the Global Program Committee (GPC) at programming and conceptual stages.
• Ensure final designs are correctly documented for construction by owners' design teams.
• Manage design coordination for F&B, MICE, and wellness areas with owners' consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 5-10 years of experience in Luxury hospitality Interior Design.
• Experience delivering luxury urban and resort projects from inception to opening.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and AI design apps.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dubai, UAE.
