What you will do

• Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle of radar and electronic warfare systems.
• Conduct field-work at test ranges to collect, preprocess, and validate operational data.
• Perform EDA, descriptive, and predictive analysis on EW and RF datasets.
• Implement and evaluate algorithms for detection, geolocation, beamforming, and pulse analysis.
• Develop analysis tools and automation using Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Produce technical reports and deliver briefings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in Radar and EW Systems Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in field deployment and execution of testing activities.
• Strong fundamentals in signal processing and EW techniques (ES/EA/EP).
• Proficiency in programming (Python, MATLAB, Julia, or C++) and ML libraries.
• Must be able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Background in airborne, naval, or tactical ground EW deployments.
• Experience with HIL testing and RF propagation modeling.
