What you will do

• Act as the primary technical authority in the UAE, enforcing inspection policies and Advanced Services (AS) techniques in the field.
• Validate inspection data and sign off on reports to ensure consistency with US operational standards.
• Perform and oversee advanced inspections, including PAUT corrosion mapping and HIC/SOHIC assessments.
• Conduct technician performance evaluations and support the qualification/certification of UAE personnel.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Field Operations to align NDT processes with evolving technology.
• Mentor and train NDT technicians to drive skill development and execution consistency.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of UT/PAUT experience in industrial inspection.
• ASNT or PCN Level III certification in UT/PAUT.
• Proven experience applying NDT methods and processes in complex environments.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working with advanced or robotic NDT systems.
• Prior subject matter expert (SME) experience in customer-facing or technical consulting roles.
• Deep knowledge of damage mechanisms and inspection methodologies.
• Experience within technology-driven or highly regulated industries.
