What you will do
- Develop detailed baseline schedules (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Define project logic, sequencing, and critical path for multi-disciplinary activities.
- Track progress against baselines, perform float analysis, and produce regular lookaheads.
- Align schedules with contract requirements and support extension of time (EOT) and delay claims.
- Collaborate with project teams on progress measurement and invoice milestones.
- Develop tender schedules and execution strategies for new bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in project planning, specifically within the offshore, marine, or energy sectors.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules and vessel-based operations.
- Deep understanding of offshore operations and marine logistics.
- Knowledge of contractual and commercial frameworks.
