What you will do

• Develop detailed baseline schedules (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Define project logic, sequencing, and critical path for multi-disciplinary activities.
• Track progress against baselines, perform float analysis, and produce regular lookaheads.
• Align schedules with contract requirements and support extension of time (EOT) and delay claims.
• Collaborate with project teams on progress measurement and invoice milestones.
• Develop tender schedules and execution strategies for new bids.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in project planning, specifically within the offshore, marine, or energy sectors.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proven experience with complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules and vessel-based operations.
• Deep understanding of offshore operations and marine logistics.
• Knowledge of contractual and commercial frameworks.
