Senior Marketing & Growth Strategist (SaaS): Defining and executing communication, engagement, and conversion strategies for an AI-first internal startup within a SaaS ecosystem with an accent on cross-brand user journeys and product adoption. Focus on designing in-product messaging, running A/B tests, and leveraging AI-augmented workflows to scale engagement across 60+ brands.
Location: Fully Remote (Must have existing eligibility to work in the country of application; no sponsorship or relocation provided)

What you will do
- Define and execute growth strategies for the Hub, focusing on user behavior and conversion across the growth lifecycle.
- Design and iterate on cross-brand notifications, in-product CTAs, onboarding nudges, and conversion experiments.
- Build multi-channel user communication programs via email and in-product messaging to drive activation and engagement.
- Run A/B tests, define hypotheses, and analyze results to scale effective growth loops.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools for segmentation, personalization, copy iteration, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams on event triggers, segmentation logic, and journey design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, product, or digital marketing in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Strong background in SaaS, platforms, or apps, specifically serving SMB or Prosumer customers.
- Hands-on experience with event schemas, funnels, cohorts, and behavioral signals.
- Demonstrated use of AI-augmented workflows in daily professional tasks.
- Excellent copywriting, positioning, and storytelling skills for SaaS products.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the applying country is required (no relocation or sponsorship).
