Location: Hybrid; must be able to attend the local Pega office in Australia

What you will do

• Support customer-facing demonstrations of the Pega Platform, including Blueprint and App Studio.
• Partner with Sales and senior Solutions Consultants to prepare and deliver presentations and workshops.
• Participate in discovery sessions to translate customer challenges into solution narratives.
• Assist with the execution of hands-on workshops and proof-of-concept activities.
• Collaborate with global presales teams to improve shared assets and demo best practices.
• Develop deep expertise in Pega’s core capabilities and industry-specific use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as presales, consulting, or technical enablement.
• Foundational understanding of software platforms, business applications, or workflow automation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work hands-on with technology and learn new tools quickly.
• Must be located in Australia and willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Pega, BPM, low-code platforms, or similar enterprise software.
• Experience supporting demos, workshops, or training sessions.
• Additional language skills.
