What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy in partnership with regional VPs of Revenue.
• Act as a bridge between Product Marketing and Sales to develop continuous enablement programs.
• Architect a global sales reporting framework to ensure a single source of truth for pipeline health and KPIs.
• Design and manage global sales commission plans to motivate and align teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Operations, and Product & Tech departments.
• Build and lead the GTM Strategy & Operations team to support company expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth startups, or VC/PE.
• Strong record in strategy development and execution, specifically GTM oriented.
• Solid understanding of AdTech performance metrics and sales cycles.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university.
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
