Chief Transformation Manager HR (all genders)

Location: Travel across the DACH region and other European countries is required.

What you will do

• Develop target visions and strategies for future digital HR architectures, incorporating employee experience, people analytics, and future-of-work trends.
• Design, harmonize, and digitalize global HR departments and integrated structures in national and international contexts.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and concepts across the enterprise architecture environment, including IT architecture planning and tool selection.
• Manage project implementation and build new client relationships with decision-makers and executive boards.
• Lead the interface between business departments and IT while providing professional development for project staff.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or with in-depth enterprise knowledge.
• Experience developing HR business and IT strategies and establishing global, integrated HR structures and organizations.
• Experience with HR solutions or HCM suites such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
• Experience with project management, coaching, leadership, and direct communication with decision-makers at executive-board level.
• Business-level German and English proficiency is required. International project experience and willingness to travel across the DACH region and other European countries are expected.
