What you will do

  • Develop target visions and strategies for future digital HR architecture, incorporating employee experience and people analytics.
  • Design concepts for the digitalization and harmonization of global HR areas within national and international contexts.
  • Lead roadmap and concept development for enterprise architecture transformation, including IT planning and tool selection.
  • Identify, approach, and manage new client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Provide leadership at the interface of business units and IT, while mentoring and developing project team members.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in management consultancy or a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven expertise in HR business and IT strategy development and building global integrative structures.
  • Experience with HCM suites such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience collaborating directly with board-level decision-makers on enterprise architectures.
  • Negotiation-level German and English skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region and across Europe.
