Focus on originating new business, delivering high-impact engagements, developing consulting talent, and shaping the Business Technology practice.

What you will do
- Advise C-level executives and senior business leaders on technology-driven business transformation.
- Lead complex transformation engagements with accountability for delivery, client satisfaction, commercial performance, and long-term value.
- Develop client relationships, originate business opportunities, lead proposals, and support commercial negotiations in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Build partnerships with technology providers including ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and SAP.
- Coach consultants and senior consultants while supporting recruitment, learning, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop consulting offerings, methodologies, accelerators, thought leadership, and market visibility for the Business Technology practice.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting or technology transformation.
- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs and developing senior client relationships.
- Expertise in several areas including technology strategy, CIO advisory, IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, technology modernization, IT financial management, cybersecurity, digital workplace, generative AI, agentic AI, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, communication, presentation, and people leadership skills.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
