What you will do

• Execute and manage social and native ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Taboola.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to creative, bids, and placements.
• Partner with senior media buyers to launch and scale new campaigns.
• Facilitate creative testing through copy iteration, image/video swaps, and tracking.
• Conduct competitor research and performance audits to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Content and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless campaign setup.

Requirements

• 3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance-driven results.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, or Outbrain.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management.
