What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Pega Platform and Customer Service to define repeatable implementation solutions.
• Translate field learnings into prescriptive delivery patterns, guidance, and Bills of Materials.
• Govern early adopter engagements and partner Lighthouse Labs to ensure delivery success.
• Develop programs for delivery thought leadership, field enablement, and client adoption.
• Orchestrate feedback loops with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product gaps and enhancements.
• Create high-level narratives regarding status, risks, and wins for leadership steering committees.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software implementation, sales/solution consulting, or product management.
• Deep expertise in workflow automation and customer service enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with modern AI technologies and their applications within automation contexts.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative thinking to evaluate adoption challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for pivoting between technical, executive, and customer discussions.
• Must be based in the US.
