TL;DR
Solution Sales Partner (Fintech): Driving initial adoption and growth of the Platform for enterprise accounts in financial services with an accent on decisioning, analytics, and optimization. Focus on educating customers on leveraging the platform for customer journeys involving data, strategy design, and execution across Consumer Lending, Retail Banking, Marketing, Originations, and Fraud.
Sydney, Australia (Work from Home), Melbourne, Australia or based in Thailand. Ability to travel up to 50% of business week.

What you will do
- Work with customers in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking to share expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to understand decision management challenges and articulate Platform capabilities.
- Research and shape solution opportunities collaborating with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, and Architects.
- Ensure client delight with solutions to foster long-term, expanding relationships.
- Collaborate across teams including Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance, and Professional Services.
- Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets with existing and target enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong track record building relationships and understanding client industry/business/technology challenges.
- Success selling complex enterprise software solutions to large financial services/banking clients (a plus).
- Knowledge/experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking, Fraud (a plus).
- Interest/experience in data, behavioral profiles, decision management, orchestration, Machine Learning, AI, Simulation, Optimization in SaaS.
- Fluency in Thai language.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of business week.
