What you will do
- Lead complex, end-to-end AI software engineering projects from scoping through production deployment.
- Design and productionalise AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to translate business objectives into sound technical trade-offs.
- Set standards for code quality, architecture, and modern AI engineering patterns.
- Mentor colleagues through code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on guidance.
- Drive software engineering best practices, knowledge sharing, and internal R&D initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with Python as a core language.
- Hands-on experience productionalising complex AI/ML projects, including LLMs, ML pipelines, or agents.
- Deep understanding of the current AI ecosystem, including frameworks, tooling, and emerging patterns.
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.
