What you will do

• Translate technological excellence in cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and IoT into strategic industry solutions for energy companies.
• Identify market trends across the Energy & Utilities value chain and develop compelling value propositions.
• Lead interdisciplinary expert teams through complex tender processes and bid management.
• Structure the energy sector service portfolio and develop scalable solution assets.
• Act as a diplomatic moderator in a matrix organization to ensure integrated partner delivery to customers.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the energy sector and transformation drivers such as decarbonization, digitalization, and decentralization.
• Experience in business development, consulting, or solution management for complex IT/engineering solutions.
• Ability to abstract technical concepts and articulate their economic business value.
• Strong communication skills to engage with both business leaders and IT architects.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• Must be based in Germany.
