What you will do

• Design, build, and implement advanced Conversational AI solutions for customers and partners.
• Lead complex projects from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full-scale enterprise implementation.
• Develop architectural best practices and resolve advanced technical challenges with innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product strategies and support business development.
• Deliver technical training, workshops, and high-impact documentation to empower customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Mastery of Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
• Must be fluent in German (C1 level) and English.
• Must be based in Germany.
