What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, including inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Guide manufacturing partners on in-line production quality control and first production qualification.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and customer complaints.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, audits, and non-conformance.
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and maintain accurate documentation of tests and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in quality control, ideally within consumer goods or retail industries.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience.
• Strong proficiency in root cause analysis applied to manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various partners.
