What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end content marketing strategy across social media, webinars, virtual summits, video, and web assets.
- Manage a clear content roadmap aligned with business priorities, audience needs, and campaign objectives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to ensure content reflects deep industry expertise and customer needs.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and content planning process to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Use performance insights and data to continuously improve content quality, discoverability, and conversion impact.
- Lead and develop content team members while managing external agencies and production partners.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in content marketing, digital content, or integrated marketing.
- Proven track record in complex B2B environments with multi-stakeholder audiences.
- Strong experience leading multi-channel content strategy including webinars, video, and web content.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, relevant, and engaging narratives.
- Strong project management and vendor management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience in the education sector or EdTech market.
- Familiarity with public school, Head Start, and private child care audiences.
