What you will do

• Review claims data to ensure 3rd party billing requirements, eligibility, and prior authorizations are met.
• Submit claims to private payers, insurance companies, and government healthcare programs including Medicaid and VA.
• Investigate denied claims and resolve payment discrepancies through research and correspondence.
• Post payments and adjustments while ensuring all deposits are balanced daily.
• Inform treatment center staff about patient financial accountability and 3rd party reimbursement.
• Generate reports and updates regarding the financial stability of the treatment centers.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Brooklyn Park, MN.
• Experience in billing, collections, admissions, or front desk operations (preferred).
• Healthcare industry experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of basic math, accounting, and accounts receivable.
• Valid driver’s license.
