What you will do

• Research and resolve credit balances and refund requests across multiple practices while ensuring contract compliance.
• Process and post refunds, including printing checks and resolving returned checks.
• Export refund check registers and complete quarterly escheatment and vendor credit balance reports.
• Maintain refund documentation within the document management system to ensure audit readiness.
• Support general departmental operations and perform basic office equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement policies.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally in a fast-paced environment.
