What you will do

• Serve as the strategic partner for the VP, managing operational risks and revenue-impacting issues.
• Oversee multiple regional billing teams to ensure adherence to standards, compliance, and timely claim payment.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly AR metrics to identify trends and resolve denials, rejections, and escalated complaints.
• Lead RCM standardization initiatives and leverage technology to enhance workflows and reduce denials.
• Manage the integration of new practices and locations into the Imagine system, documenting specific processes.
• Mentor and develop team members through professional initiatives to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, project management, and system integration.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD9/ICD10 coding.
• Proven ability to configure billing systems and manage payer workflows.
• Must be based in the United States (E-verify participant).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
