What you will do
- Scout and close new strategic partners such as social secretaries, business federations, accountants, and insurers.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and personalized pitching to contract negotiation.
- Drive ongoing partner activation and success, serving as the primary point of contact for campaigns and updates.
- Nurture and optimize the partner portfolio through performance reviews and the scaling of best practices.
- Track and report on key ROI metrics, including member acquisition, signed contracts, and generated ARR.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales teams to ensure successful partnership launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development.
- Native-level proficiency in French and/or Dutch.
- Full English fluency (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to measure the impact and ROI of designed partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
