What you will do

  • Manage post-sale engagement, retention, growth, and renewals for SMB customers.
  • Analyze customer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and present value-adding solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, educating clients on product benefits and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Finance, and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on new product features, enhancements, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management experience in complex SaaS software.
  • Fluent English and French are required.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to drive revenue.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client retention strategies and partnership development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Additional language proficiency.
  • Experience in the hospitality or property management industry.
