What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of BI Analysts and Data Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and impact.
• Partner with leadership to shape and execute the BI roadmap and align data initiatives with company-level KPIs.
• Oversee data modeling standards, champion data governance, and ensure quality assurance of reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive the adoption of self-service analytics.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and vendors to enhance the organization's data stack.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience building or scaling business intelligence or analytics functions.
• 1–3+ years of people management experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Advanced SQL skills, including proficiency with joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or DOMO.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and analytics systems architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical execution and executive-ready reporting.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare data.
• Working knowledge of Python.
