What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Take end-to-end ownership of major product initiatives from initial design to cross-team delivery.
• Establish team-level best practices for code quality, testing strategies, and CI/CD processes.
• Analyze and debug intricate technical challenges across the stack to ensure long-term reliability.
• Architect systems capable of handling massive amounts of external data from diverse APIs and sources.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale backend development.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and building microservices architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for efficient debugging of complex issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI-augmented software development tools, specifically Claude Code.
