What you will do

• Own the roadmap for defined product areas, ensuring alignment with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape problem spaces, utilizing data and customer insights for prioritization.
• Lead discovery and evidence-led development alongside User Research, Design, and Engineering to validate solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Integrate AI-enabled workflows and tools to accelerate insight generation, prototyping, and iteration.
• Scale successful products into wider business units for real-world operationalization and adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical product management role within a product-led environment.
• Strong product execution skills with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-centric language.
• Structured problem-solving and prioritization capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and a deep understanding of customer value.

Nice to have

• Experience spanning both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.
• Understanding of mobile network technologies, specifically 4G and 5G.
• Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Experience working within complex or emerging regulatory environments.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools to improve development efficiency.
