Product Manager (Mission-Critical Communications)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Mission-Critical Communications): Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex portfolio of devices, software, and SaaS platforms for high-reliability environments with an accent on product strategy, roadmap definition, and P&L management. Focus on translating customer needs into technical requirements and driving the delivery of fail-safe communication systems.

Location: Fully On-Site in Cambridge, UK (5 days/week)

Salary: Up to £80,000

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and the entire product lifecycle from concept to market success.
• Define and prioritize features based on detailed customer needs and market insights.
• Build business cases, manage budgets, and take full ownership of product performance (P&L).
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high-reliability products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive successful product launches.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with demonstrable end-to-end product ownership.
• Professional background in B2B and technical products.
• Experience working across hardware, devices, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Ability to remain resilient and accountable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Must be based in or able to work fully on-site in Cambridge, UK

Nice to have

• Experience with RF, LTE, 4G/5G, or Android technologies.
• Background in regulated or high-reliability sectors such as medical devices or public safety.
• SaaS experience within a technical environment.
