What you will do

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales, and performance goals by reviewing P&L reports.
• Optimize the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Supervise, motivate, and lead Opticians and sales associates to exceed performance standards.
• Ensure high quality standards and customer service excellence across all store interactions.
• Coordinate with General and District Managers to provide required store reporting.
• Assist in forecasting staffing needs, recruiting, and retaining high-caliber staff.

Requirements

• Experience in optical sales; previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build professional associate relationships.
• Sound understanding of retail store operations and performance standards.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective team management.
• Ability to analyze and understand financial reports.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
