Location: Hybrid Schedule (two remote days) in Virginia (Charlottesville, Richmond, Roanoke, Virginia Beach)

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

What you will do

• Lead recruitment, hiring, and performance management for a team of Hearing Care Coordinators.
• Travel up to 60% across the Virginia region to provide guidance and support.
• Coach staff on evaluations, capacity, demand, and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee clinic inventory control, insurance processes, and patient benefit checks.
• Develop and conduct regular marketing training for coordinators and evaluate local partnership ROI.
• Manage employee PTO and timecards using the ADP system.

Requirements

• Must be based in Virginia.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Previous management and training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience or knowledge with hearing aids.
• Experience working with multiple EMR systems (e.g., RBS).
