What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) based on business requirements.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
• Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues.
• Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
• Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
• Read and interpret XML files for data extraction and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Information, or an equivalent degree.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) for cross-site and global collaboration.
• Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive Functional Design Documents.
• Hands-on experience with DocuSign, Azure, DevOps, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to read and understand XML data structures.
• Must be based in Mexico; visa sponsorship and domestic relocation assistance are not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CapitalStream or Oracle.
• Experience in sales, credit, or dealership pricing processes.
