What you will do
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), diagnosing and resolving customer issues.
- Manage and respond to support tickets in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handle user access management, system configuration, data corrections, and solution enhancements.
- Collaborate with customers via weekly status calls to review ticket backlogs and prioritization.
- Execute quarterly regression testing for Oracle Cloud upgrades to ensure system stability.
- Create and maintain internal support knowledge base documentation.
Requirements
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or relevant Oracle Transportation Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience configuring and supporting the OTM platform.
- Functional transportation knowledge including TL/LTL shipments, Tendering, Routing, and Freight costs.
- Experience troubleshooting integration/planning failures, tender issues, and XML errors.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying OTM tables, using JOINs, and tracing transactional data.
- Must be based in Mexico.
