Salary: $95,000–$125,000 annually, plus bonus eligible

What you will do

• Review files for coverage, liability, and timely handling to ensure company and industry standards.
• Review BI and UMBI evaluations to verify accuracy and recommend negotiation strategies.
• Determine and grant authority for settlement and payment processes within designated layers.
• Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions for direct reports.
• Conduct ongoing reserve adequacy reviews and authorize the use of approved vendors.
• Review and authorize vendor and legal invoices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance claims.
• Significant experience handling litigated, property damage, and injury claims.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong proficiency in Windows and MS Office products.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
